About Me

Hello, I am Mert! Firstly, welcome to my blog site. “What exactly am I doing here?” If you are wondering, you will actually get to know me and what I have been through more closely because it is a little difficult for you to find business language here, I’ll call you “YOU ” and you can call me you. Maybe it would help you to know me closely! Because I will be sharing my experiences with you on this site.

Knowledge multiplies as we share it.

Let me tell you about myself first. I’m Mert Kahya, and I was born in Izmir in 1993. I grew up in Özdere, a lovely seaside resort in Izmir, where my family relocated when I was six years old. It cannot be said that I am a hardworking student, so I attended Menderes High School for my education. Don’t look at my words as I wasn’t hardworking; I admired all of my teachers. Of course, it happened in my little misbehavior, but I somehow finished high school. Also, I’ve always preferred to live in the present.

I’m very good at marketing and interacting with people. I enjoy meeting new people and selling products that will benefit them. That’s why, even though I didn’t know how to read or write, I began selling seashells on the beach at a young age.

Those who reside in tourist areas are well aware that for us, the summer is a working month rather than a holiday season. I have an extremely social structure, so I sold seashells on the beach every summer evening until I was 14 years old. We would earn our allowance and enjoy it.

Then I encountered photography. I started working at Foto Ercan, the oldest and most experienced photographer of Ozdere in the photo studio. Dear Ercan taught me both life and photography. Also, he must have noticed my interest in foreign languages and hired me as the Grand Efe hotel photographer. Yes. The real hotel photographer.

When I was 18, hotel photography was no longer making much money in the digitalized world. Ercan’s agreement with the hotel was over. After that, I started working with Fatih manager in the Animation department. At the end of that season, I won a university in Fethiye. I graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Tourism and Travel Department and settled in Fethiye.

In my first summer, I started working at the Aydınbey famous resort hotel in Belek, Antalya, in order to earn both an internship and money. There I met my brother Hakan, whom I love very much. I returned to university in the winter. My department was just for two years, and I finished college with a degree.

The next summer, I went to work with my brother Hakan at the Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort hotel in 2013. I had a great summer there. We had wonderful times with my dear friend Deniz.

When winter arrived, I returned to Izmir and worked in jobs other than tourism. At the time, I began studying at Anadolu University, Faculty of Distance Education, Department of Tourism and Travel. We founded a children’s puppet theater in Izmir called Theater Bicycle. We used to go to their kindergarten and give the kids theater performances.

I’m not sure if it was due to inexperience or bad luck, but things didn’t go as planned, and our theater fell apart. That summer, I also returned to the Çeşme Altınyunus hotel to work in the animation department.

When the season ended, I returned to Ozdere. I enjoyed tourism, but there was always the same problem during the season.. Ozdere was where I spent the winter. After that, I went back to work as an animator with my close friend Deniz at the Club Zigana Hotel in Kemer, Antalya. We had a fantastic season with the sea. In the meantime, my Russian had improved greatly.

When the season ended, I began to consider returning to a more normal life and decided to leave tourism. However, at the end of that season, I visited Ukraine for the first time. I adored Ukraine so much that I considered moving here! Following that, I began working as an export manager for a diaper company. Something went wrong again, and I had to leave.

This time, I went to Marmaris in the summer of that winter. As an Animator Once More. There had always been this vicious circle for some reason. I was trying something, but I always saw myself at the end of the day having fun by the pool with a microphone in my hand.

I had to do something now, and in 2016, I packed my suitcase and said, “Whatever happens now! “ I moved to Ukraine. I started working here at Admitad, one of the largest Affiliate Network Marketing companies in the world. I had finally found my job! It turns out that my job is advertising. I am currently continuing to work as the director of Admitad in Turkey.
